To initiate a return, kindly reach out to us via phone or email (you will receive an email upon product shipment with additional details - Subject: Important information about your purchase from Kids Hall Deals). We will furnish you with a return shipping label and packing slip. Carefully pack the item, enclose the packing slip, affix the shipping label, and return the item within 5 business days from your return request. Failure to do so within this timeframe will result in cancellation. Upon receiving your return, we will inspect it, and please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed.
